These terms govern your use of moonlitrenovations.com and our staff/contractor management portal (together, the "Services"), operated by Moonlit Renovations ("we", "us"). By browsing our site, submitting our contact form, or signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms. The Public Website
Our public pages are provided to share information about our renovation work and to let visitors get in touch with us. Submitting the contact form means you consent to us contacting you back about your inquiry using the details you provided.
The Staff/Contractor Portal
Access to the portal is limited to staff, contractors, and administrators we have specifically approved. An account may be created with a password or by signing in with Google; both are subject to the same approval and access controls. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you should enable two-factor authentication where available.
We may deactivate or restrict any portal account at any time, including if access is no longer needed, if these terms are violated, or for security reasons.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the portal you are not authorized to use; interfere with or disrupt the Services; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or use the Services for any purpose other than Moonlit Renovations business.
Content You Submit
Purchase orders, invoices, quotes, service reports, work photos, and other content you submit through the portal remain associated with our business records. By submitting this content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us the right to store and use it to operate our business (for example, to generate invoices and service reports).
Intellectual Property
The Moonlit Renovations name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without our permission.
Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Google (optional sign-in), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' own terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlit Renovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
